Growing up, Gymnastics played a huge role in my life. I was competing by the age of 8 and when I was old enough, I began coaching too. Coaching is where I discovered my passion for helping others achieve their goals. I even spent 4 months in the USA coaching at the largest Gymnastics camp in the world.

I believe there is an inseparable partnership between body and mind health. I will motivate you on your journey to attain your desired health goals through effective and fun personal training plans that will improve your fitness levels. I will advise on consuming wholesome foods to nourish your energy levels, and support you with compassion to increase your self-confidence and positive body image.
